摘    要:运用PLC控制技术与组态技术设计了一套摩托车盘式制动器装配生产线的在线检测监控系统。系统通过RS232串口通讯、Modbus TCP/IP通信方式,实现了触摸屏与ATEQ气密检测仪、触摸屏与上位机组态工程之间的数据通信。利用MCGS触摸屏(TPC7062K)实现运行状态监控、检测数据显示,通过上位组态工程完成对生产线的实时监控和数据保存,实现历史数据的查询、显示、Excel报表导出、合格率统计等功能。经过实际测试,系统运行稳定,安全可靠,效果良好。

On-line Monitoring System for Motorcycle Braking Performance Based on PLC
Abstract:An on-line detecting and monitoring system for the braking performance of motorcycle disk brake is designed by using some technology on programmable logic controller(PLC),configuration and communication.This system is constructed by PLC,HMI and the computer.The communications protocol is applied in this system such as RS232,Ethernet and so on,which could realize the communication between the FX1N PLC and the ATEQ (leak testing instrument),as well as the computer and the touch screen(TPC7062K).In this system,PLC is used to data acquirement such as lighting distance,drag torque and air tightness.TPC7062K is used to realize the state monitoring of the detecting equipment and the data displaying.
