摘 要: | 为了解决PID参数整定困难这个问题,用户可以根据需要自动整定,不再需要人为干预,用户只需发送一个命令来启动自整定过程。选用性能高、成本低、能耗小的ARM9处理器,根据PID参数自整定的原理和功能分析的要求进行系统硬件电路设计和系统软件设计,然后将软硬件集成并测试,使被控过程输出对其设定值的方差达到最小、控制系统更加稳定、控制效果更加精确。

Abstract: | This is designed to solve the PID parameter tuning difficult this problem,users can auto-tuning needed,no longer need human intervention,simply send a command to start the tuning process.The design uses high-performance,low cost,energy consumption ARM9 processor,self-tuning PID parameters according to the principles and functional requirements analysis,system hardware and system software design,circuit design,and then the hardware and software integration and test,the accused process the variance of the output value to its minimum setting,the control system more stable. |
