摘 要: | 介绍了基于MATLAB的液位控制系统的设计与实现,以单容水箱为被控过程,用泓格ICP系列的远程I/O 7017和7024智能采集模块实现数据采集,基于MATLAB GUI(Graphic User Interface)编写系统监控界面,并设计相应的常规PID和单神经元PID控制算法,完成监控软件的开发,实现液位过程的定值控制。实验结果表明,与常规PID控制相比单神经元PID控制具有响应速度快,控制精度高等优点。

Abstract: | The design and implementation of a level control system based on the MATLAB is introduced in this paper.Using a remote I/O 7017 and 7024 intelligent acquisition module of ICP DAS,the data acquisition is realized for a single tank process.Then,the system monitoring interface is completed based on the MATLAB GUI(Graphic User Interface),and a traditional PID and a single neuron PID control algorithm are designed.The monitoring software is developed,and the fixed value control of the level is achieved. |
