| 摘 要： | 介绍了卷烟厂信息化建设中底层设备采用CAN总线进行分布式控制和数据集中处理的必要性,在PROTOS70卷接机组上CAN总线的连接方式,每个设备需要接收的数据和发送的数据,通过CAN总线通信完成数据发送与接收,实现集中处理与分散控制。介绍了MLP监控系统和CIS质量检测系统、SRM重量控制系统、紧头跟踪控制系统、故障显示器的CAN总线节点设计方法。采用CAN总线技术实现了卷烟机上设备分布式控制,实际运行效果稳定可靠。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the necessity of adopt CAN bus to distribution control and centralized data processing in bottom apparatus,of cigarette factory IT architecture.The link mode of CAN bus in PROTOS70 cigarette machine,the receive data and transmite data of each apparatus,the necessary data to receive transmite by CAN bus communications,realized centralized data processing and distribution control.Also introduces the CAN bus node design method of MLP monitor system and CIS quality detecting system and SRM weight control system and rod end trail control system and fault display.Adopt CAN bus technique realized distribution control of apparatus of cigarette machine, |
