| 摘 要： | 目前,虚拟现实物流仿真软件3Dcreate系统在机械自动化车间的设计、建设阶段已有显著的辅助决策效果,但该类3D虚拟现实仿真系统由于种种原因,很少继续用于机械自动化车间的运行阶段,即自动化制造的生产管理领域。SAP R/3是制造企业资源管理的著名软件系统,在生产计划与基础制造资源信息管理方面具有强大功能,但该类软件一般不直接提供与制造信息相关的3D可视化界面。以某液压缸自动加工装配线生产能力评估为验证案例,建立面向生产管理领域的虚拟仿真模型,实现SAP R/3系统与3Dcreate系统的技术与业务接口,通过新的虚拟仿真集成系统原型,来验证三维虚拟现物流仿真工具在生产管理领域的可行性与效果。
