| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了ITU—T最新低码率视频压缩标准H．264(以前称H．26L)和IP网络视频监控应用系统需求，就H．264视频编码中应用的最新技术进行了重点说明。并在此基础上就应用中软件实现进行分析，这对于基于视频应用系统的开发具有一定参考意义。

| Abstract: | In this paper,H.264(formerly H.26L),the latest ITU international image compression criteria,and the special requirement of IP digital video surveillance system are introduced.Some key technologies of H.264 are emphasized presented. Based on these conditions, more analysis is focused on the software implement of the system,which can be useful for other video system with video compression. |
