自调整模糊PID位置控制器设计

摘    要:针对一种新型的随动系统-数字交流随动系统的位置控制器的控制方式进行研究,将模糊控制理论和自调整控制与PID控制有机的结合起来,重点讨论了自调整模糊PID位置控制器的原理及设计,采用模糊控制理论对控制过程的进行控制,应用自调整控制对系统参数进行在线调整,以保证控制过程的平滑性,并结合PID控制方法,试验结果表明.该控制既能保证系统的平稳过渡,又具有较好的跟随性和快速性.

Abstract:A new kind of servo system-Digital Alternating Servo System's position controller is introduced in the paper;which is combined with the method of Fuzzy theory and Self tuning Regulating and PID controlling.The design principle of this new kind of controller is the emphasis of discussing.Using Fuzzy theory to control the process;applying Self-tuning Regulator to adjust the system's parameters on-line;combining with PID controlling;the system is made sure to work smoothness.It's proved by experiment data that such kind of control method could improve the position accuracy considerably and responds rapidly;while robustly stabilizing the system.
