水果称重包装生产线PLC控制系统

针对水果称重包装生产过程的需要,设计了水果称重包装生产线PLC控制系统。控制系统由PLC、触摸屏、U形秤、水果传送装置和传感器组成。此控制系统有能够实现手自动切换、分向给料、按给定数值称量、流程化包装、界面化操作和随启随用的特点。系统投入实际运行,有效地减少了工人的工作量和出错率,降低了用工成本,提高了称重包装效率,实现了流线化包装。

Design of Fruit Weighing Packing Production Line PLC ControI System

To the fruit weighting packaging production process needs,the PLC auto-control production line is designed in this paper.The production line consists of PLC,touch screen,U-shaped scales,fruit conveying device and transduces.The control system enables automatic switching hands,points to the feeding,weighs a given value,has interface operation and can use at any time.The system has been put into practical operation,effectively reduced the workload of workers and error rate,lowered labor costs,improved the weighing and packing efficiency,achieved a streamlined package.
