基于CAN总线的船用阀门控制系统的设计

摘    要:传统船用阀门存在控制精度低、通讯性能差、智能化、数字化程度不高及未实现网络化等问题。设计了一种基于CAN总线的船用阀门系统,详细介绍了系统(上、下位机)硬件和软件的设计方法。船用阀门控制器主要由控制器和通信接口的设计组成。控制器的设计以单片机89C51作为处理器,集测量、控制和远程传输于一体。通信部分的设计采用工业控制计算机,通过CAN总线与电液阀控制器通信,可以实现远程控制阀门开关等,实时显示阀门的各相关信息等等。

Design of Marine Valve Controller Based On CAN Bus
Abstract:Traditional marine valve exists low control accuracy,poor communication performance,low intelligent and digital,and unrealized network,and so on.This paper presents a kind of marine valve control system based on CAN bus,and introduces the design of hardware and software of system in detail.The valve controller in this paper is made up of two different parts:the design of controller and communication interface.The processor of controller adopts single chip micro-controller of 89C51,where measure,control and long-distance transmission are concentrated in.The design of communication interface adopts industrial control computer.By CAN bus,it can realize the communication with electro-hydraulic valve controller.It also can control the on-off of valve in long distance and display real-time correlative information of valve.
