摘    要:介绍NTF(Noise Transfer Function)分析在设计开发阶段和试验验证阶段的应用,重点包括目标值设定方法、仿真模型搭建方法、模型精度提高方法、仿真优化步骤、试验测量方法.提出优化仿真NTF曲线峰值的PSA(Panel Structure Acoustics)方法;运用此方法快速定位导致NTF曲线峰值的问题板件及变形模式,有针对性地对其优化设计,给出PSA法在设计阶段和试验验证阶段使用案例,验证其有效性.

Abstract:The application of NTF(Noise Transfer Function) in the design and test stage is introduced, including target setting method, simulation model building method, model precision improvement method, steps of simulation optimization, and measurement in test. A PSA(Panel Structure Acoustics) method is proposed for simulation and optimization of the peak of NTF curves. This method can quickly locate the problematic plates and their deformation mode, and the plates can be optimized definitely. Some PSA method application cases in the stages of design and test verification are showed to prove the effectiveness.
