摘    要:基于平面应变模型,建立无填充、部分填充和密实填充等3种情况下的钢管脐带缆截面有限元模型.考虑单元间的挤压接触和摩擦等非线性因素,给出径向载荷下脐带缆内核结构力学性能的数值模拟结果.通过对关键构件极值应力、构件间挤压力以及截面整体变形的分析比较,发现填充对脐带缆截面力学性能的影响显著.在进行脐带缆截面设计分析时,必须考虑填充对截面各单元的影响.

Abstract:ased on plain strain model, the finite element models are built for the section of a steel tube umbilical cable under the conditions of no filling, partial filling and full filling. Considering the nonlinear factors such as extrusion contact and friction among components, the structural mechanical property of umbilical cable kernel is numerically simulated under radial loads. By the analysis and comparison of the extremum stress of key components, the extrusion forces among components and the whole section deformation, it is found that the effect of filling on mechanical property of umbilical cable section is significant. So the effect of filling on components of umbilical cable section should be considered for section design analysis.
