汽车起重机车架通用参数化建模和分析系统

摘    要:针对采用不同主梁截面及主梁与固定支腿连接方式的汽车起重机车架,提出车架的通用几何模型,基于MSC Patran的PCL和Delphi 7.0开发汽车起重机车架通用参数化建模与分析系统.以QY100汽车起重机车架为基础,实现3种不同类型车架的参数化有限元分析并进行对照.该系统对系列化车架的设计与分析具有实用价值.

Abstract:Considering different section of main girder and connection between main girder and fixed leg, a universal geometric model of truck crane frame is established, and a universal parametrization modeling and analysis system of truck crane frame is constructed based on PCL of MSC Patran and Delphi 7.0. Based on QY100 truck crane frame, the parametrization finite element analysis on three different kinds of truck crane frames are performed and compared. The system has practical value for design and analysis on truck frame series.
