高速列车车体端部防撞装置拓扑优化设计

摘    要:针对高速列车的被动安全性,基于大变形碰撞仿真理论,用PAM CRASH进行碰撞仿真,用OptiStruct对车体端部防撞装置进行拓扑优化,从而完成防撞装置的轻量化设计.结果表明:在保证防撞装置结构稳定性的同时,最大撞击力减小23%,质量减轻33.6%,达到提高车辆被动安全性的目的.

Abstract:As to the passive safety of high speed train, based on large deformation collision theory, the collision is simulated by PAM CRASH, the topology optimization is performed on train body end anti collision devices, and then the lightweight design is implemented on the devices. The results show that the stability of the anti collision device structure is ensured while the maximum impact force is reduced by 23% and the mass is reduced by 33.6%. The purpose of improving the passive safety of train is achieved.
