摘    要:利用HyperMesh建立脉冲等离子体推进系统的网格模型,应用Abaqus完成模态分析,采用力锤法进行模态试验,得到脉冲等离子体推进系统的模态和振型。有限元分析和试验测试数据的对比结果表明,脉冲等离子体推进系统有限元模型的模态与实际产品的模态误差在2%以内。分析结果验证推进系统有限元模型的合理性,可为后续正弦振动、随机振动和冲击谱响应分析的正确性提供保障。

Abstract:The mesh model of pulsed plasma thruster system is built in HyperMesh. The modal analysis is finished in Abaqus. The modal test is carried out using impact hammer method, and the mode and modal shapes of the pulsed plasma thruster system are obtained. The comparison results of the finite element analysis and test data show that the modal error of the pulsed plasma thruster system between finite element model and the fact product is less than 2%. The analysis results can validate the rationality of thruster finite element model, and so the validity of the following work, such as sine vibration, random vibration and shock response spectrum analysis can be assured.
