摘    要:基于传统加筋板架设计出一种新的能量吸收单元——X形夹层板,用Dytran分析X形夹层板在低速冲击载荷作用下的碰撞损伤特性;通过分析结构的极限撞深、碰撞力及能量吸收等结果,与传统加筋板进行比较分析,评估夹层板的耐撞性能;同时分析不同结构型式和结构尺寸参数(蒙皮板厚度、夹芯层壁厚、夹芯层高度及夹芯层的夹角等)对夹层板结构耐撞性能的影响.

Abstract:A new energy absorption unit named X type sandwich panel is proposed on the basis of the traditional stiffener plate. The finite element numerical simulation software Dytran is applied to research the collision damage characteristics of X type sandwich panels under low speed impact load. And it is compared with the traditional stiffener plate by limited displacement, collision force, energy absorption, so as to evaluate the crashworthiness of the sandwich plate. Moreover, the crashworthiness under different loading cases and different structure forms are also analyzed. At last, the effect of dimension (skin thickness, core layer thickness, core layer height and core layers angle) on the crashworthiness is researched.
