摘    要:以某型多用途车(Multi Purpose Vehicles,MPV)为研究对象,对整车外气动特性优化模型进行参数化数值仿真.基于结合试验设计方法和优化算法,与原模型相比,最终优化模型的仿真结果可使目标车型风阻因数降低4.69%.另外,基于试验设计分析后视镜造型对整车外气动特性的影响,后视镜的优化仿真结果可使整车风阻因数降低1.04%.

Abstract:Taking a type of Multi Purpose Vehicles (MPV) as the research object, the parametric numerical simulation is performed on an aerodynamic characteristics optimization model. Based on design of experiment method and optimization algorithm, compared with the base model, the drag factor of the final optimization model is reduced by 4.69%. In addition, the aerodynamic influence of rearview mirror on the aerodynamic characteristics of whole vehicle is studied on the basis of design of experiment method, and the optimization simulation results of rearview mirror indicate that the drag factor of whole vehicle is reduced by 1.04%.
