摘    要:以某全新开发的SUV非承载式车身为研究对象,建立V91车身有限元模型,并进行模态分析.为使车身1阶模态满足目标值要求,对车身进行灵敏度分析和截面刚度分析,并提出改进方案.经过优化,车身的1阶弯曲模态提升7.8%,1阶扭转模态提升25.7%.研究结果可为企业研发非承载式SUV车身提供参考.

Abstract:Taking a new design of the body of body on frame type of SUV for the research example, the finite element model is built for V91 body and the modal analysis is performed on it. To make the first order mode meet the requirement of target value, the sensitivity and cross section stiffness is analyzed and an improvement scheme is proposed. By optimization, the first order bending mode of vehicle body is increased by 7.8% and the first order torsion mode is increased by 25.7%. The research results can provide reference for enterprise to develop body of body on frame type of SUV.
