摘    要:借助有限元法,结合非线性时域分析,对浮筒转塔式系泊(Buoyant Turret Mooring,BTM)系统与FPSO脱离前后分别采取不同的分析策略,解决其柔性立管、动态脐带缆和动态电缆(合称动态管缆)的设计分析工作量大以及所面临的高度非线性和强耦合等难题.以我国南海某BTM系统的动态管缆的分析为例,借助专业立管分析软件Orcaflex展示该类系统的数值建模和分析技术,并通过极值和疲劳的分析与评价阐述此类工程设计的技术特点.

Abstract:As to the tremendous workload and highly nonlinear and strong coupling issues in the calculation and analysis on the flexible risers, dynamic umbilical cables and dynamic electric cables(collectively called the dynamic pipe/cable)of Buoyant Turret Mooring(BTM) system, by finite element method combined with nonlinear time domain analysis, some different strategies are separately taken before or after the mooring system detached from FPSO. Taking the dynamic pipe/cable analysis of a BTM system in South China Sea as an example, the professional riser analysis software Orcaflex is used to show the modeling and analysis techniques on this system, and the characteristics of the technique of such kind of project design are elaborated by the analysis and estimate on extreme value and fatigue.
