摘    要:为验证某高速列车车下吊挂系统模态与车体模态的匹配关系,以及不同轮轨载荷下振动热点区域的幅频响应特性,用HyperMesh建立车体有限元模型,利用Radioss对模型进行模态、频率响应和谐响应分析,得到整车模态参数和车体各测点的响应变化曲线.结果表明,吊挂设备采用弹性悬挂可大幅增加整备状态下垂向弯曲频率;该车空调平顶处局部刚度大幅下降,吊挂设备的垂向激励频率应该避开24 Hz及其倍频;吊挂设备不宜直接吊挂在地板上.

Abstract:To verify the matching relationship between the modal of hanging system under car and the car body modal of a high speed train and the amplitude and frequency response characteristics of the vibration hot zone under different wheel rail loads, the car body finite element model is built by HyperMesh, and then the whole car modal parameters and the response curves of body measuring points are obtained by modal analysis, frequency response analysis and harmonic response analysis using Radioss. The results show that, the vertical bending frequency under reconditioning status can be greatly increased when the elastic hanging is used in hanging equipment; the local stiffness is greatly decreased at the air conditioning place of the roof and the vertical excitation frequency of the hanging equipment should avoid 24 Hz and its multiplication; and the hanging equipment is not suitable to be hung directly on the floor.
