回收系统伞舱门开启装置失效仿真分析

摘    要:针对某型回收系统伞舱门开启装置在试验过程中的失效问题,对其进行优化改进设计,确保回收系统正常工作.通过分析试验录像,对伞舱门开启装置的失效原因进行预判,用Adams对伞舱门的开启过程进行多刚体动力学仿真分析,为运用MSC Nastran进行强度分析提供数据支撑,在保证强度和功能的基础上提出伞舱门开启装置的优化改进建议.

Abstract:As to the failure problem of the umbrella doors opening failure device of a recovery system that occurs in the course of the experiment, it is optimized to ensure the safety of the recovery system. Through the analysis on failure test video of the umbrella doors opening device, the failure reason is pre judged, and then the multi body dynamics of the opening process is simulated for the door by Adams, which provides data support for strength analysis in MSC Nastran. Based on the strength and function requirements, the optimization suggestions on the umbrella hatch opening device are proposed.
