基于有限元法的桥式起重机桥架结构刚度和强度仿真分析

摘    要:桥架是桥式起重机的重要组成部分,用以支撑桥式起重机整机的机械、电气设备及被起升的重物,其强度及刚度的校核是桥式起重机设计和制造中的重要因素之一.通过理论计算和Marc有限元仿真方法对桥式起重机桥架结构进行静力学刚度和强度分析,得到桥架结构在极限工况下的承载应力大小及分布状况,对桥架进行强度及刚度校核,可为在役桥式起重机结构的安全性和可靠性评估提供理论支撑.

Abstract:Bridge is an important part of the bridge crane, which is used to support the mechanical and electrical equipments of the whole crane machine and the heavy objects. The strength and stiffness are important factors of bridge crane design and manufacturing. The stiffness and strength of the crane structure is analyzed by the theoretical calculation method and the finite element simulation method on Marc. The extreme worse condition of the bridge structure is analyzed and simulated, and the load bearing and stress distribution are obtained. And then the bridge structures strength and stiffness are checked. The foundation study results provide effective theoretical support for the security and reliability of bridge crane structure which is in service.
