摘    要:针对传统扭力梁悬架开发中实车道路试验费用高、零部件迭代设计时间长的问题,根据传统疲劳寿命预测方法制定多轴载荷台架试验方案,利用试验测试和仿真手段对比的方法预测扭力梁悬架寿命,分析基于应力叠加原理寿命估计方法的局限性,根据伪损伤等效原理提出更合理的寿命估计方法。根据该方法设计等效台架试验方案,并进行有限元仿真和台架试验。某扭力梁悬架开发和整车耐久性试验证明该设计方法的有效性。

Abstract:As to the problems that the cost of road test is high and the parts design iteration time is long in traditional torsion beam suspension development, the multi axial load bench test scheme is planned according to the traditional fatigue life prediction method. The life of torsion beam suspension is predicted by the comparison of test and simulation method. The limitation of life estimation method based on stress superposition principle is analyzed, and a more reasonable life estimation method is proposed according to the pseudo damage equivalent principle. Based on this method, the equivalent bench test scheme is designed, and the finite element simulation and bench test are carried out. The effectiveness of the design method is proved by the development of the torsion beam suspension and whole vehicle durability test.
