开关电源设备的抗地震性能分析

摘    要:建立某开关电源设备机柜的模型,通过HyperWorks对其进行结构模态分析和谐响应分析,得到机柜模态频率值和模态频率响应值,且与实际测试结果相差较小,说明仿真所采用的模拟连接和模拟结构部件的方法基本符合实际.由分析结果可知,结构的固有频率较低,模态频率响应值较大.用仿真软件进行机柜结构优化,结构的固有频率提高,模态频率响应值降低,从而提高开关电源设备机柜的抗地震性能.

Abstract:The model of a switching power supply cabinet is built, the structural mode analysis and harmonic response are analyzed by HyperWorks, and the modal frequency and modal frequency response are obtained for the cabinet, which are basically consistent with the test results. It shows that the simulation method in which the simulated connections and structural components are used is basically feasible. The analysis results indicate that the natural frequency of the structure is low and the value of the modal frequency response is large. After the structure optimization on the cabinet by simulation software, the natural frequency is increased and the modal frequency response is reduced, which improves the anti seismic performance of the switching power supply cabinet.
