摘    要:为实现汽车平台化开发策略,在平台内不同车型间最大程度共用底盘、下部车身、动力总成、电器架构和内饰骨架等部件,探索碰撞安全平台化设计的思路和方法。在对国内外安全法规和标准发展趋势分析的基础上,制定平台安全性能目标和开发策略。正向开发搭建完整的汽车平台框架结构,应用CAE仿真分析进行平台内车型碰撞安全性能的设计优化,最终达成平台安全性能开发的目标要求。在此基础上总结整理碰撞安全平台化开发设计流程,供后续平台开发项目参考。

Abstract:In order to realize the strategy of vehicle platform development, and to maximally share parts among different types of vehicles on platform, such as chassis, lower body, power assembly, electrical structure, interior frame, and so on, the thinking and methods of platform design for impact safety are explored. Based on the analysis of development trend of safety regulations and standards at home and abroad, the platform security performance target and development strategies are made. A complete vehicle platform frame structure in forward development is built, and the design optimization on impact safety performance of vehicle in the platform is analyzed using CAE simulation. The target requirement on platform security performance development is reached finally. The design process of impact safety development platform is arranged. It can supply reference for the platform development project.
