复杂薄壁结构模态仿真方法

摘    要:为节省复杂薄壁结构模型分析的前处理时间,探究体单元在其模态分析中的可行性,以典型的四边固支矩形薄板为对象,详细讨论Abaqus中单元类型、积分算法和壁厚方向的网格层数对模态仿真结果的影响。分析结果表明:采用体单元进行薄壁结构模态分析时,为保证计算精度和计算效率,应选用二次体单元C3D10或C3D20R划分网格,且模型可以采用相对较粗的网格进行划分,壁厚方向仅需1层网格。冰箱底板体单元模态仿真试验对标良好也充分验证这一结论。

Abstract:In order to save the preprocessing time of thin-wall structure model analysis and investigate the feasibility of the body element in its modal analysis, a full clamped rectangular thin plate is selected to detailedly discuss the influence of element type, integration algorithm and number of mesh layer through thickness on its modal results. The analysis results show that the second order body element C3D10 or C3D20R should be used to analyze the thin-wall structure modal to ensure the precision and efficiency. The element size could be set relatively coarse and only one layer mesh through thickness. This conclusion is fully verified by the good agreement of modal simulation with test results of a refrigerator bottom panel.
