摘    要:采用Abaqus有限元软件开展A形吊耳结构的接触强度研究,分析不同载荷方向对接触力的影响;提出相应的接触力简化公式.此法与原接触算法相比,计算时间短、精度较高,可供工程实用参考.分析A形吊耳的极限强度,确定极限载荷水平与设计载荷水平之间的确切裕度.

Abstract:Based on contact algorithm, the contact strength of A shape lifting lug is systematically analyzed using Abaqus software, the influence of different load directions on contact force is analyzed and a simplified method is addressed to simulate the contact force between lifting lug and shackle, which proves that the precision of simplified method is allowable, while computation time is much lesser. This method has a certain reference value for practice. Finally, the ultimate strength of lifting lug is analyzed, and the margin between designed load and ultimate load is confirmed.
