摘    要:为分析门座起重机端梁和马腿金属结构开裂原因,针对S3274K12型32t门座起重机端梁马腿结构,根据实际承载情况,在MSCPatran/Nastran进行的弹塑性有限元分析的基础上,选用Fatemi—Socie模型和Wang—Brown模型作为多轴疲劳寿命分析模型,用MSC Fatigue进行结构多轴疲劳寿命计算,预测结构的疲劳寿命.计算结果与实际使用情况对比表明该方法能较好地应用于港机结构的疲劳寿命计算.

Abstract:To analyze the crack reason of the end beam and horse leg structures,a 32 t S3274K12 portal crane is taken as the study object. According to the actual bearing condition, the Fatemi-Socie model and the Wang-Brown model are chosen as the muhiaxial fatigue life-span analysis model based on the elasto-plasticity finite element analysis using MSC Patran/Nastran, the muhiaxial fatigue life-span calculation is done for the end beam and horse leg structures in MSC Fatigue, and the fatige life-span is predicted. The comparison of the calculation results with the actual usage facts indicates that the method can be well applied in the fatigue life-span calculation for port machine structures.
