摘    要:利用基于PLC的温度反馈控制系统,使PLC根据加热的温度情况调节加热的功率输出,以达到加热功率和加热时间的闭环控制,从而保证GTM系列高频感应加热发生器在扦焊过程中功率输出和保温时间的合理配置,达到预期的产品工艺要求。

Abstract:The temperature feedback control system based on PLC is used. Power output is regulated by PLC according to heating condition. The closed control of heating power and heating time is implemented. Rational allocation of power output and holding time during welding procedure of GTM series high frequency induction heating generator are guaranteed. The expected production technological requirements are implemented.
