基于PID控制的前箱铝液温度自动控制设计

摘    要:分析铸轧机前箱铝液控制温度精度的重要意义,并根据原系统手动温度控制的不足及要求温度实时记录的特点,进行该系统记录和控制的设计改造。选用MC-700无纸记录仪进行记录,选用XMPA-3131智能PID调节器进行前箱铝液温度控制,通过控制仪表在原手动基础上实现了PID自动控制。

Abstract:The significance of accuracy of casting rolling mill front box molten aluminum automatic control is analyzed. According to defects of original system, the system record and control part are improved. The MC-700 paperless recorder is used to record information and XMPA-3131 intelligent PID regulator is used to do the front box temperature control. Through control instruments, the PID automatic control is implemented based on the original manual control mode.
