电动汽车制动与能量回馈技术研究

摘    要:基于电动汽车用直流无刷电机制动与能量回馈的工作原理,提出一种简单且有效的能量回馈制动的控制策略。在刹车时,通过改变逆变器开关管的导通序列来控制反向力矩,由此制动能量可以回馈到电池内,以此增加纯电动汽车的续航里程。PSIM仿真和样机实验结果表明,该方法有效地实现了电动汽车的能量回馈。

Abstract:Based on the brake and energy regeneration control principle of brushless DC motor for electric vehicles(EV),a simple but effective control strategy of brake and energy regeneration was proposed.During the braking period,only the switching sequence of the inverter was changed so that the braking energy would return to the battery.In this way,the driving range of an EV was increased.The results of PSIM simulations and experiments prove that the proposed strategy can effectively realize energy regeneration for an EV.
