| 摘 要： | 基于自组织网络概念的提出及功能需求,结合SON的标准化进程以及TD-LTE规模试验网外场网管测试情况,对当前重点关注的基站自启动、PCI自优化和自动邻区关系建立功能以及对网络管理的影响进行分析,提出LTE网络发展初期,在规划、部署、优化和运维阶段建议重点关注SON网络管理功能及特性.

| Abstract: | Based on the concept and the functional requirements of TD-LTE self-organizing network, combined with SON standardization process and the outfield network test of TD-LTE trial network, the impact of base station self-configuration, PCI planning and automatic neighbor relation function on network management were mainly analyzed. Furthermore, it was suggested that the key SON functions of LTE should be focused in network planning, deployment, optimization and operation. |
