高g值三轴加速度传感器的横向效应研究

摘    要:研究了自由落体冲击方法检测高量程三轴高g值加速度传感器的横向效应,即分别在x轴、y轴、z轴作为主轴时,检测三轴压阻传感器其他两个方向感受到的g值大小和方向。实验表明,在Z轴作为横向输出轴时横向效应最大。

Abstract:It is studied in this paper how to use free fall impact test method to detect the transversal effect of high-range,high-g three-axis accelerometer.By this method the system uses first axis as the spindle and measures the g values on the other axial directions of the three-axis pressure-resistive sensor.The experimental results show that the transversal effects are the biggest when z axis is the transversal output shaft.
