摘    要:利用戊二醛交联法将乙酰胆碱酯酶和牛血清白蛋白固定在直接生长于石墨电极基体上生长的碳纳米管电极表面,制备了可应用于检测有机磷农药的新型生物传感器,并确定了最佳工作条件。对农药甲基对硫磷、乐果、敌敌畏响应线性范围、检测限及相关系数分别为1×10^-8~l×10^-3mol/1,5.4×10^-9mol/1,0.9683和1×10^-7~1×10^-3mol/1,8.5×10^-8mol/1,0.9926及l×10^-8~l×10^-3mol/1,7.02×10^-9mol/1,0.9915。所制得的传感器稳定性,重现性较好,重现性达到了97.63%。

Determination of Organophosphorus Pesticide Based on the Carbonnanotubes-modified Enzyme Electrode Biosensors
Abstract:A new biosensor for detecting organophosphorus pesticide was prepared by immobilizing acetylcholinesterase and bovine serumalbumin with cross-linking method on the surface of the carbon nanotubes which grew on the graphite electrode directly. The prepared conditions of the biosensor were optimized. The proposed method exhibited good reproducibility and recovery. The response linearity ranges, detectabilities and the linear correlation coefficients of the parathion-methyl,rogor and dichlorophos were 1×10^-8 to l×10^-3mol/1,5.4×10^-9mol/1,0.9683 to 1×10^-7~1×10^-3mol/1,8.5×10^-8mol/1,0.9926 to l×10^-8~l×10^-3mol/1,7.02×10^-9mol/1,0.9915,respectively.The biosensor had good stability and reproducibility which reach to 97.63%.
