超声回波信号特征提取器的设计

摘    要:本文提出一种结合模拟电路和CPLD器件对超声回波信号特征提取的方法,提取的特征量包括8寸间、能量和幅值信号。通过对超声回波信号特征的分析,该方法利用微分器、积分器、延时电路、波门电路、计数器以及峰值保持模块,直接对检波后的超声信号进行处理提取信号特征。最后对各个模块进行了模拟仿真,结果表明本文提出的电路设计可以实现对超声回波特征的提取,能够提高精度和检测效率,并为进一步自动检测开发提供了基础。

Abstract:A method of features extraction for ultrasonic ehco signal by combining analog circuit with CPLD has been proposed in the paper. The features contain time, energy and peak signal. By the analyses of the ultrasonic echo signal features, the differentiator, integrator, delay circuit ,wave gate circuit, counter and peak hold modules are applied to extract the characters of the detected ultrasound signal. Finally the simulation is presented ,and it turned out that the design of the method can be used to draw the features of the ultrasonic echo signal. The method can be supplied to improve the accuracy and detection efficiency, and provide the basic of the ultrasonic automatic detection.
