| 摘 要： | 触觉是构成智能机器人的核心技术--感觉技术的重要组成部分.电容式触觉传感器在智能机器人的设计中具有很高的实用价值.本文论述了电容式触觉阵列传感器的测量原理,给出了该传感器及其变送电路的设计,讨论了数据采集系统的结构.

| Abstract: | Touch sensor is an important nuclear part of intelligent robot . The capacitive touch sensor has more practical value in the design of robot .The measuring principle of capacitive touch sensor array is described in this paper. The design of sensor and the transducing circuit are given. The structure of data acquisition system is discussed too. |
