摘    要:从泥石流形成的地形、地质和降雨条件入手,分析了本次泥石流灾害的特征与成因,并利用灾害发生前后的高分辨率影像数据、数字高程模型,通过数字影像正射纠正、数字制图、人机交互式解译等开展应急救灾工作,提取了灾区房屋毁损、道路破坏、河流堵塞、地质灾害等重要信息,在第一时间为前线救灾治理工作提供了丰富而准确的调查数据。同时对三眼峪沟泥石流治理工程进行了遥感解译评价,从灾后影像图分析,治理工程减少了洪峰流量和泥沙冲出量,对减轻本次灾害的严重程度有一定作用。

Abstract:This article started from the mixed conditions,such as topography,geology and rainfall,and analyzes the characteristics and causes of this debris flow.Besides,by using high-resolution image before and after disaster and DEM,we carried out the emergency relief work with technologies of digital ortho-images,digital mapping and man-machine interactive interpretation.At last,a series of quantitative data like damaged houses,damaged roads and blocked rivers,have been found under our efforts in time.And these can...
