基于嵌入式系统的煤矿主通风机在线监测系统的设计

摘    要:目前,煤矿主通风机在线监测系统多采用"硬件基于工控机,软件基于组太"的方案,该方案的缺点是体积较大、成本较高、系统不稳定。针对该缺点,提出了一种以S3C2440为硬件平台和嵌入式Linux操作系统为软件平台的煤矿主通风机在线监测系统的设计方案,并详细介绍了系统硬件组成和软件设计。该系统能够实时监测主通风机的风量、振动、电压和电流等参数,并可实现远程浏览本地数据的功能。
