| Abstract: | The realization of the automatic nondestructive testing system used for cam shafts was introduced. The automatic control system takes a microcomputer as a core. Working process controlling was (realized) by PLC’s serial communication with computer. Rotating of the workpiece of driver of step motor was also controlled by the computer. The crack images are collected in time, which get ready for the next processing and identifying. |
