摘    要:介绍了凸轮轴荧光磁粉自动无损检测系统 ,该系统以微机为核心 ,通过与PLC的串行通信实现对磁粉探伤机工作过程的控制 ,通过并行口对步进电动机驱动装置的控制实现工件的可控旋转 ,并实时采集工件磁痕图象进行处理和识别

Abstract:The realization of the automatic nondestructive testing system used for cam shafts was introduced. The automatic control system takes a microcomputer as a core. Working process controlling was (realized) by PLC’s serial communication with computer. Rotating of the workpiece of driver of step motor was also controlled by the computer. The crack images are collected in time, which get ready for the next processing and identifying.
