| 摘 要： | 传统的矿用设备大多为RS485通信接口、采用ModBus通信协议,要使该类矿用设备接入采用本安型DeviceNet现场总线的胶带机集控系统,必须进行协议转换。针对该问题,介绍了一种基于本安型DeviceNet现场总线的、具有协议转换功能的胶带机集控系统监控分站,分析了DeviceNet和ModBus的原理及实现,详细介绍了该监控分站的硬件及软件设计。实际应用表明,该监控分站满足设计要求。

| Abstract: | RS485 communication interface widely used in traditional mine-used equipments with ModBus communication protocol,and the protocol conversion must be utilized in order to connect this type of mine-used equipments to the belt conveyor centralized control system based on intrinsic safety DeviceNet filed bus.For the problem,the paper introduced a monitoring substation of belt conveyor centralized control system with protocol conversion function based on intrinsic safety DeviceNet filed bus,analyzed principle and implementation of DeviceNet and ModBus,and described design of hardware and software of the monitoring substation in details.The actual application showed that the monitoring substation meets with the design requirement. |
