瓦斯监控系统存在的问题及解决方法

摘    要:分析了目前瓦斯监控系统存在的问题,指出固定式瓦斯监控系统存在监控盲区且维护不便,而移动式瓦斯监控系统不能联网监测、存在信息孤岛;介绍了一种无线移动瓦斯监控系统,该系统在便携式瓦斯检测仪中加入了无线通信模块,通过分站、无线信号收发器及漏泄电缆实现井下无线信号的连续覆盖,通过在工作面等地点布置一定数量的定位器解决便携式瓦斯检测仪的定点、定位问题。无线移动瓦斯监控系统实现了对便携式瓦斯检测仪的集中、统一管理,以及瓦斯检测数据的实时、自动上传。

Abstract:The paper analyzed problems of current gas monitoring system,pointed out that fixed gas monitoring system has blind spot and inconvenient maintenance,and mobile gas monitoring system can't connect to network and has information island.It described a wireless mobile gas monitoring system which adds a wireless communication module in portable gas detector,realizes continuous coverage of underground wireless signal by sub-station,wireless signal transceiver and leaky cable,and solves the problem of positioning of portable gas detector by arranging a certain number of locators in working faces and other places.Wireless mobile gas monitoring system realizes centralized and unified management of portable gas detectors and real-time and automatic upload of gas detection data.
