用PLC实现风阀模糊控制的研究

摘    要:通过分析床层分层过程,文章提出了一种床层松散度的检测方法,并以此为基础介绍了跳汰机风阀模糊控制系统的设计及实现方法。该系统以PLC为核心,以模糊算法为控制器,实现了跳汰机风阀参数的自动控制,提高了原煤的分选质量。

Abstract:The paper put forward a detection method of porosity of jig bed through analyzing slicing process of jig bed and introduced design of fuzzy control system of jigger's air valve and its implementation method based on the detection method.The system took PLC as core,fuzzy algorithm as controller,which realized automatic control of parameters of jigger's air valve and improved quality of separation of raw coal.
