摘    要:针对由于运输管线长、多个大U型起伏、高扬程、输送压力大等原因而导致大红山铁精矿运输管道在运行过程中易发生多级泵站切换停车故障、管道磨损严重等问题,提出了一种压力分段控制技术方案,即采用消能板实现多级泵站无扰动切换技术,从而解决由于压力问题而引起的意外停车问题;采用消能板组解决由于大U型起伏、高扬程、输送压力大等问题而产生的加速流问题,减小了加速流对管道内壁的磨损。压力分段控制技术的实际应用验证了该技术的有效性,科技文献查新表明该技术为国内首创。
