新型矿用隔爆兼本质安全型先导电路设计

摘    要:针对传统的矿用先导电路采用智能化控制后存在的自启动、非完全本质安全及抗干扰能力差等问题,设计了一种新型隔爆兼本质安全型先导电路;详细介绍了该电路中信号产生电路、信号采集电路、信号鉴别电路和执行电路的具体实现。该电路未采用传统的以处理器为核心的控制方式,而是采用电子器件实现先导控制和故障保护功能,具有较强的自适应性和良好的抗干扰能力。测试结果验证了该电路的可行性。

Abstract:In view of problems of self-starting,incomplete intrinsic safety and bad anti-interference ability of traditional mine-used pilot circuit with intelligent control,a new flameproof and intrinsic safety pilot circuit was designed.Concrete implementation of signal generating circuit,signal collection circuit,signal identification circuit and executive circuit of the circuit were introduced in details.The circuit does not use traditional control method taking processor as core,but uses electronic devices to realize pilot control and fault protection function,so it has stronger self-adaptation and good anti-interference ability.The test result validated feasibility of the circuit.
