基于PLC的水量监测系统设计

摘    要:为了对某煤矿各单位用水情况进行完整统计和规划,减少水资源浪费,采用PLC和无线以太网技术设计了一种水量监测系统,详细介绍了该系统的整体结构、软硬件设计、现场调试及应用情况。该系统通过以PLC为核心的现场监测层获取用水量信息,通过无线网络将用水量信息发送至中央监控管理层进行实时显示。测试和运行结果表明,该系统测量数据准确度高,网络运行稳定,实现了用水量的远程监测。

Abstract:In order to count and project water consumption of each unit of a coal mine so as to decrease water waste,a water consumption monitoring system was designed by use of PLC and wireless Ethernet,and the whole structure,designs of hardware and software,field debugging and application of the system were introduced in details.In the system,PLC is taken as the core of field monitoring layer to get information of water consumption,and the information is transmitted through wireless Ethernet to central monitoring and management layer for real-time displaying.The debugging and running results showed that the system measures water consumption correctly and runs stably,which realizes remote water consumption monitoring.
