摘    要:针对有线液压支架压力监测系统存在布线复杂以及数据传输可靠性不高等问题,设计了一种基于无线传感器网络的液压支架压力监测系统。该系统以CC2530芯片为核心,通过数据采集节点采集液压支架的压力值,路由节点接收采集的压力值并通过多跳的方式传至Sink节点,Sink节点结合CAN总线将压力值上传至上位机,实现整个无线传感器网络覆盖范围内的液压支架压力监测。测试结果表明,该系统可实时、准确地监测井下液压支架压力数值的变化。

Abstract:In view of wiring complexity and low reliability of data transmission existed in wired pressure monitoring system of hydraulic support,apressure monitoring system of hydraulic support based on wireless sensor network was designed.The system takes CC2530chip as core,collects pressure value of hydraulic support through data collection node.Routing node receives the collected pressure value and sends it to Sink node by multi-hop mode.The Sink node uploads the pressure value to upper computer through CAN bus,so as to realize pressure monitoring of hydraulic support in covered scope of wireless sensor network.The test result shows that the system can realize real-time and accurate monitoring of pressure data of underground hydraulic support.
