基于FPGA与嵌入式软核NIOS的球磨机负荷检测系统设计

摘    要:针对磨矿生产中长期以来存在的球磨机负荷检测困难及难以准确检测的问题,设计了一套基于FPGA与嵌入式软核NIOS的球磨机负荷检测系统,实现了球磨机负荷的准确检测。文章介绍了该系统的总体设计方案,并详细阐述了基于RBF神经网络系统建模及基于NIOS的SOPC系统软硬件的功能实现。

Abstract:Aiming at the existing problems for long time in grinding production that it is difficult to measure the load of ball crusher,the load measuring system of ball crusher based on FPGA and embedded soft core NIOS was designed,which could measure the load of ball crusher correctly.The whole design scheme of the system was introduced in the paper,and the system modeling based on RBF neural network and functions implementation of hard-software of SOPC system based on NIOS were expounded.
