摘    要:针对煤矿地面风井的安全参数的监测和数据传输存在的问题,提出了一种采用DSP监控分站和无线网络传输数据的煤矿风井安全参数无线网络监控系统的设计方案,着重阐述了系统的风井监控分站、接口电路、网络的选择及无线数据信道优化设计、上下位机软件设计中的几项关键技术。该系统利用DSP为核心的监控分站对地面风井各项参数进行采集、处理和显示,并通过无线网络将数据传送到煤矿地面控制中心站,使之能及时监视处理风井系统故障,达到了安全生产的目的。

Abstract:In view of the problems of safety parameter monitoring and data transmission of mine surface air shaft,the paper put forward a design scheme of wireless network monitoring and control system of safety parameter for mine air shaft which adopted DSP monitoring and control substation and transmitting data by wireless network,and emphatically expounded key technologies of design of monitoring and control substation,interface circuit,network selection,optimal design of wireless channel,and software design of upper and down comuputer.The system uses DSP monitoring and control substation to sample,process and display all the parameters of air shaft,and then transmit the data to the control center on ground through wireless network, which can monitor and process fault of the air shaft timely,and achieves safety production.
