摘    要:介绍了喷雾降尘机理,分析了影响喷雾降尘效果的重要因素,设计了一种煤矿巷道喷雾降尘智能控制系统。该控制系统利用粉尘浓度传感器检测粉尘浓度,通过单片机比较粉尘浓度标准值与在线监控测量值,当粉尘浓度超标时,单片机发出喷雾降尘指令,若粉尘浓度低于标准值,则停止降尘。试运行结果表明,该系统实现了自动控制喷雾降尘功能,调试方便,降尘效果较好。

Design of intelligent control system of spraying for dustfall in coal mine tunnel
Abstract:The paper introduced mechanism of spraying for dustfall and analyzed important influence factors on effect of spraying for dustfall.It designed an intelligent control system of spraying for dustfall in coal mine tunnel.The control system uses dust concentration sensor to detect dust concentration and adopts single-chip microcomputer to compare set standard values of dust concentration with online monitoring values of dust concentration,so as to control spraying for dustfall.If the dust concentration is out of limits,the single-chip microcomputer sends spraying instruction;if the dust concentration is below the standard values,the single-chip microcomputer sends instruction of stopping spraying.The test results show that the system realizes function of automatic control of spraying for dustfall with convenient to debug and good effect of spraying for dustfall.
