| 摘 要： | Internet和无线通讯的迅速发展使得视频的可分级编码技术成为一个重要的研究领域.本文首先对MPEG-4修订版中FGS的编码机制进行了讨论，然后对无线信道上视频可分级编码技术的发展情况进行了讨论，最后对视频细粒度可分级编码的未来发展趋势进行了展望.

| Abstract: | With the development of Internet and wireless communication,the video scalable coding technique has been thought of as the important study field.This paper fistly provides an overview of the fine granularity scalabiliaty(FGS) video coding technique in the Amendment of the MPEG-4.In addition,the research progress on fine granularity scal- ability video coding for wireless channel is analyzed.Finally,the state of arts and possible new directions of FGS are stated. |
