| 摘 要： | 显式流量控制协议(XCP)能提高网络带宽利用率并改善带宽分配的公平性，本文分析了TCP在带宽时延乘积较大时所存在的性能问题，说明了XCP体系结构和流量控制规则，并对XCP与TCP的带宽时延乘积方面进行了性能比较。

| Abstract: | Explicit Control Protocol(XCP) improves the utilization rate of network bandwidth and fairness of band- width allocation through an explicit control on network traffic. This paper analyzes the performance problems of TCP as product of bandwidth and latency increase, specifies the architecture and traffic control policy of XCP, and com- pares its performance to TCP in the networks with high bandwidth-delay product. |
